In September of 1997, I flew to Germany to further my studies leaving all of my family, friends, and loved ones back at home, Cameroon.

In Germany, I was extremely fortunate to meet the nicest people ever. Just to name a few:

– A german couple, the Kipps, just received me like their very own biological daughter.
– My friend’s family, the Heussens, loved me and cared for me unbelievably dearly
– A Ghanian family, the Alloteys, who I met at church, even went to the extent of making me a surprise birthday party. The joy and happiness I had from that party was extremely epiphanic.
– Ms. Koch (Chefin), the Brenners, the Kalis, the Basiners, the Kelms, etc. were just all extremely nice to me too.

After being filled with so much love and joy, I couldn’t help but overflow to others around me. I unconciously became sensitive to the troubled and struggling around me and will automatically think of ways to put a smile on their faces and bring joy to their hearts. One of the very effective ways I used to put a smile on peoples faces and hearts has been to make them surprise birthday parties.

In 1999, I made a surprise birthday party for my friend at our student hostel in Bochum, Germany, this party transformed my friends life and healed her relationship with her boyfriend, who is today her husband and the father of her two children.

Since 1999, GOD has used me to positively impact and transform many lives with my surprise birthday parties. I also realized that each party was better than the previous one because I kept on improving in the event planning and decoration art and many people were calling and asking me to assist them with the planning of their events. One friend even said that “it looks like every occassion I put my hands in is always a blast (a great success).”

I then decided to academically add a perfecting touch to the the event planning and decoration gift in me, which has now made me a Certified Event Planner and I am also a member of the International Association of Professional Event Planners (IAPO). I am just shocked of the heights of inspiration and achievements I have and am still soaring to in the Event Planning and Decoration industry.
